We are all two minutes away from death. Fortunately the clock resets every time we take a breath. This session will explore the vital role our breath plays not just in our yoga practice but in our life. Learning to let go of a rigid, controlled, breath and embrace our wild, untamed breath allows us to tap into a deeper and more fundamental facet of human life.This practice will make use of postures, breathing exercises and creative visualizations to guide participants into heightened states of breath awareness.
